The Via Coyote project is a stunning residence located in Coto de Caza, California, set against the backdrop of a serene nature preserve. We were brought in to develop detailed renderings to help the client visualize key architectural and layout enhancements. The primary goals included expanding the dining room to create a stronger connection to the outdoor patio kitchen, and reworking the existing office into a fully functional guest suite. The result is a design direction that enhances indoor–outdoor flow while adding comfort and versatility to the home.
