**We are unable to guarantee an estimate of hours as every project and client’s needs are different. We keep a very detailed log of hours spent on each project. Clients are billed every 2 weeks and are charged any time we are sourcing product, design hours, creating layouts, elevations, site visits, meetings with clients or other trades, creating product lists, making revisions, client correspondence, purchasing product, final installation and styling.
