The Skyline Project holds a special place for us as it was our very first client—one that helped shape the foundation of our design journey. The goal was to transform a late-90s suburban tract home into a space that truly felt personal, layered, and intentional. With generous square footage to work with, we reimagined the main living area by removing the dated, centered fireplace and off-center built-in TV, replacing it with a clean, linear fireplace framed by a custom fluted wall treatment and concealed storage for a seamless, elevated look. The home was further opened to the outdoors by redesigning the exterior living space to flow effortlessly through a dramatic 23-foot sliding door, blurring the line between inside and out. Inside, we leaned into mood and function—adding depth to the powder bathroom, designing a compact yet highly functional bar, and bringing cohesion to the front living room fireplace—resulting in a home that feels warm, modern, and thoughtfully curated from front to back.
