The Cormorant Lane Project in Laguna Niguel transformed an expansive backyard into a fully customized outdoor living experience designed for connection, entertaining, and everyday enjoyment. The clients envisioned a space where they could comfortably host family and friends, so we designed a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a resort-style pool ideal for sunbathing, and multiple lounge areas anchored by fireplaces to create warm, inviting gathering zones throughout the yard. Each area was thoughtfully planned to feel cohesive yet purpose-driven. A standout personal feature is the custom batting cage, built to support their son’s passion and make the space uniquely theirs. The result is a layered, lifestyle-driven outdoor environment the family can grow into and enjoy for years to come.
