The Monarch Project is a mid-century modern luxury residence in the Monarch Beach community of Dana Point, California. When the client purchased the property, the space felt clean but lacked warmth. We were brought in to soften the architecture and create a more inviting, livable environment. We introduced a richly textured stone backsplash in the kitchen to ground the space, designed custom furniture throughout to ensure scale and cohesion, and thoughtfully styled the oversized shelving with curated accessories and collected pieces. The result is a refined yet welcoming interior that balances modern architecture with warmth, comfort, and character.
